PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION - ART. 13 REG. 679/16

The personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with the principles established by Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the OWNER informs you that the data eventually acquired through the website will be processed using mainly computer tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

  • to respond to your queries;
  • to keep a database of the most frequent questions, proposals, communications;
  • to subscribe you to our newsletter; (purpose valid only for the newsletter subscription page, if present, subject to consent)
  • technical management of navigation (see also the "COOKIE POLICY" section)

The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and the failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for the OWNER to respond to your queries. The legal basis for processing is provided for by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16, i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.
The data provided by you may be known exclusively by the employees of the OWNER specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and in any case only for the purpose of carrying out the activities requested by you. The processors are required to maintain secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of an internal regulation. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data provided by you will be kept for the time prescribed by laws and regulations.

The data controller is the OWNER represented by its legal representative, to whom you can address to assert the rights provided for by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The rights can also be asserted against the Data Protection Officer if the OWNER has appointed one.
The exercise of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures provided for by the aforementioned Regulation, which you must know and implement. In accordance with article 12 paragraph 3, moreover, the OWNER will provide the data subject with information about the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month after receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The data controller informs the data subject of this extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.

Our website, for better functioning and to ensure services provided by third parties, uses Technical Cookies.

Technical cookies are those used solely for the purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide that service. Third-party cookies from Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube may also be used on the website, which are not present on the website's servers, so they are not sent to the user's terminal.
